Proceedings Regarding Proposition 8
Dear Friends,
On this important day, I wanted to take a moment to keep you updated on the proceedings regarding Proposition 8.
Today, we argued in front of the California Supreme Court against Proposition 8. California cannot and must not discriminate against any minority group, and my office is fighting alongside the State Attorney General, NCLR, Equality California, and others against the proposition.
